Why curved?

We’re managing how the heat actually hits your part. By curving the module, the heat wraps around the workpiece. It gets the energy closer to the target, which means you get a much tighter, more intense heat density without having to crank up the voltage to a dangerous level.

When we talk about a “turnkey” module, we mean you can stop worrying about the tiny, annoying details. The mounting brackets? Done. The wiring looms? Sorted. The reflector alignment? By sending you a pre-assembled unit, you save a ton of manual labor and—more importantly—you don’t have to worry about a technician accidentally snapping a fragile quartz tube during a rushed installation.
A quick reality check
Here is the thing: when you pack that much heat into a compact, curved footprint, things get hot. Really hot. You can’t just plug these in and walk away. You’ll need to make sure your cooling fans or water-jackets are up to the task. If your airflow is weak, the housing will take a beating, and your wiring insulation will fry way sooner than it should. Just keep your ventilation in balance with your heat output, and you’ll be golden.
